Hi every one,
I have a project where I need a high resolution(0.25 degree) and high accuracy(+/-0.25degree) device to measure the 3d rotation angles, pitch, roll, Yaw.
it should be highly reliable since the measurement needs to be very accurate.
also, the weight should be around or less 50 grams.
Please help me find one.

Sounds like you will need a Resolver circuit(s) to get that accuracy. Is this a linear or rotary application? I can't give you any info on where or manufactures for them, but I'm sure a search will get you started. We use them in Aerospace applications but I just do PCB Design and not the electrical side of them. Good Luck.
