Do you know what RS422 means? Why do you think you need a converter?
I have very little knowledge about it. Output from the RS422 is A+/A-,B+,B- whereas Roboclaw pins are A,B and encoder power. That made me think I need a converter.
Thank you in advance for your help.

RS422 output just means that you can use a RS422 interface IC as a receiver, if your controller does not use the complementary /A /B signals, just transmit the A & B.
It appears your motor controller accepts the RS422 so no other device should be needed?
