Ignoring

I hope there is a good reason for this, as some of them need ignoring...

Goes to the point this is not a democracy.

Staff are either appointed by the owners (plural now), or are the owners.

What got a bee under your bonnet? I have a feeling I stepped into the middle of a conversation.

I was unaware that you couldn't ignore someone that was staff. I have never ignored anyone (officially, as in tagging them as being on an ignore list) so I don't know exactly what the effect is. But I can certainly see where if you posted something that a moderator responded to saying that it was against the rules and then you did it again because you didn't see their response because they were on your ignore list, that you might end up getting banned when you quite possibly would have heeded the warning had you seen it.
