Hello there, Greetings, I am new here and I want to know regarding IGBT equivalent.
I have a inverter with IGBT damaged, I am unable to find the exact spare.
I.e. md7lc2512 (semikorn) please helpme to find out.

Hi, your IGBT isn't one. It's a double SCR. But the number doesn't seem to be viable. What brand and model is the inverter?

Model : Aqupower UPS3600

A.c. input: 220v
D.c. input : 72v
A.c. output : 220v

The SKKT15 or this one have the same pinouts, Common Cathode /Anode, and seperate gates.
