Hello, need help with identification of SMD diode, looks like in SMB package.
Diode located on power input line 12v 4A in wireless router.
Marked on package as LS 43 BG

Yes it is on DC 12v 4a input from PSU.
But how to identify this TVS diode?

It won't stop the router from working, if its shorted out remove it.


It maybe a 43V clamp tvs.

 

Thanx, I know, it is already removed and router works, but wish to replace it with same diode or analogue, thats why I'm need help to indetify it...

Just trying to find some info by package marks.
So, found TVS diode series in SMB/DO-214AA package, it is P6SMBJ
They has LS & BG mark code
DEVICE MARKING CODE "LS" PART NO. "P6SMBJ18" BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE 20V
DEVICE MARKING CODE "BG" PART NO. "P6SMBJ13CA" BREAKDOWN VOLTAGE 14.4V
I think reasonable to use P6SMBJ13CA on 12V line
Anyone can approve or refute my opinion?
