IC 555 self trigers

IC triggers without pushing the button?I have made the circuit on a pcb?Possible errors?

Both the trigger and reset inputs operate when pulled to ground so these inputs should have a pull-up resistor, say 10k, to the positive supply and the switches between those inputs and ground. Note that if the trigger input is held low for longer than the monostable period then the output will remain high until the trigger is removed.

You don't say what you want the circuit to do and when, you mention a pc board and ask if there is a wiring error, but don't show the board or the completed assembly.

Exactly what is your question, and why do you expect an answer when you have provided no information?

When is the timer self triggering? At power on?

This circuit won't work. Trigger input must go below 1/3VCC to trigger the timer. Reset is LOW active, so the reset switch has no effect.
