This was a power switch from my old laptop cooler, I want to reuse it, but... I don't know how to google it.

It's a 2x 2 position switch (not on off), it's pins are more narrow than in a 555 timer for example.

Can someone point me where to find technical details about this?

Looks like a Grayhill keypad switch, momentary with two banks with C-N.O.-N.C.

Actually, it would be best for you to learn how to make your own footprints (or whatever they are called in Eagle-speak).
