If you mean a solderless breadboard, the wires should have about 4 mm of insulation stripped from them, and should be inserted about 4 mm into the breadboard. The wire should be solid (not stranded); 22 awg is best, but 24 awg is okay, and 26 awg might work. Don't shove anything bigger than 22 awg in the connectors, or you may damage the connector.i figures everything out and connected them it was all proper so now i have a question is it necessary to insert the wires deep inside the breadboard
