Hello,

I have been learning about the test procedures for different electronic components and found solid test procedures for a majority of the components expcept my Optomosfet (LCA701S). I want to operate it in DC only configuration. But before that I want to test the functionality of it by using a simple test circuit but got a little confused after going through different forums. Would be a great if someone can help me with a test procedure.

Although the Vf input voltage drop has a little conflicts in the datasheet as the Imax of Iin = 2mA(page 1), but the Vf voltage drop labeled as 1.2V when the If = 10mA (page 2), I was used the 80% of 2 mA to calculated the control input current and current limiting resistor.
