Assume the op amps have saturation voltages of Vsath = 16V and Vsatl = -16V. Obtain the transfer characteristics that related Vout to Vin.
I recognize the first op amp circuit as a noninverting comparator with hystersis and it has a θ = R1/R2 = 1. So Vx = 16 or -16 and the hystersis window is width 32.
And the other circuit is a summing inverting amplifier. So then I get Vout = -2*Vin - 2/5*Vx. This is where I think I'm screwing up.
