Hey I am new here I have an ats of 110amps just only to put off my GEN SET but this time I want to reconfigure it to be an auto start and stop when I am out off main power,so please I need help on how to build the control starter and off side

I installed a DSE 4520 system on a boat.
It senses if voltage goes away for 10 or more seconds then starts the generator.
Stops cranking when gen voltage is good.
Operates the Transfer switch.
Watches line voltage.
If power comes back on for a minute or more, it flips the transfer switch back to utility power.
Lets the Gen run at no load to cool off if necessary.
Shuts down the Gen.
