How to make a simplest radio controlled toy

The short answer is NO!
You really do need to start with something simple. Get yourself an Arduino starter kit and it will help you to learn basic electronics and programming.
There is a great deal of "complication" in a remote controlled helicopter and not that much simple.
Otherwise, if you are not prepared to take the advice of those of us on this forum who are trying to help you, just go and buy a ready made helicopter.

The toy remote controlled helicopters I see in the stores around here use infrared signals. Below is just about the simplest remote control -it turns on an LED when you shine a light on it, and it would be a good start for remote control of a toy. Indeed, a friend of mine built a very cheap light-following "robot" kit that would follow a flashlight.
