how to copy a file from Microsoft access 2007

kindly help me ......
i wanted to run a program called PROJECT1 CONEXUS Support...its a data entry program.and it requires a file from microsoft access to be pasted in it . . . if i directly copy the file from the cd im not able to paste it bcoz the paste option is not functioning:confused:. . and it asked for a directory to be selected so i created a new folder in my desktop and pasted the in it and gave run command to the program . . but its showing"runtime error'5'..invalid argument". . . .......so please help me find a way!!!!!!
