I am trying to replicate a circuit using two 5v pumps and a HC-SR04 sensor. However, I do not know how to power it because I am using a different breadboard.

It should not matter what breadboard you use.
And, for lasting builds, a breadboard is not the best way to go,
There are some circuit proto boards that are laid out the same way as a breadboard.

That allows you to proto on a breadboard then solder it for more permanency.
