You just need a 10K resistor and output decoupling capacitor 10uF, to feed into the Volume control.

You don't. LM386 is a Power Amp and you don't amplify its output.
You need a more powerful output amplifier.

I think, in this case, your mic output is not sufficient to drive the LM386. Use a pre amplifier between the Mic and LM386.

Ritesh, are you EVER going to learn to use Google to answer your questions???

If you'd simply do a Google search on the phrase, "How to add condenser mic to lm386", you'd get LOTS of good information on how to do what you're trying to do; you don't have to take up peoples' time here by asking questions you could easily answer yourself, if you would show just a bit of initiative.
