Hi. I want to make RF card to control the relay.When I click the button relay will contact and will keep its position, when I push the button again it will be contactless and again will keep its position. How can I do that?

 

You use a latching relay

 

You can use a standard relay controlled by a D-Flipflop.

Controlling a latching relay with one button also requires some additional circuitry.
The main reason to use a latching relay is if you want the relay to use no continuous power in either state.

I want to use normal relay to realize this project. Do you have suggestion for component?

 

Does it have to remember it's last state when the input power is removed ?

You can buy a ready made 4 channel one such as this that has the option you require. I think I have also seen single and 2 channel versions.
