How much value is needed to block RF signals!?

what value of inductive reactance is needed to block 80Mhz signal from the power supply! here is a circuit for reference " http://www.flickr.com/photos/aj_silverthunder/4140932373/ ".
is 50K inductive reactance of the choke is able to block the 80Mhz signal fron the power supply in the given schematic!
inductive reactance:-
XL = 2xPIxfxL

So, if you i a 100uHy choke, at 80Mhz

XL=2x3.14x80E6x100E-6= 50240 ohm. The 100uHy choke will act as a series resistence of 50K at 80Mhz .
