Thanks. I've edited it to clarify a couple of points and to fix an error I made transcribing from paper to LTSpice. I was tempted to run a Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) analysis to see what the actual pin base temperature and thermal graduation would be but decided that I was spending far too much time on AAC activities!
