I want to control 2 555 timers using a 3rd one.
One timer is to be controlled at high time and the other a low time
How can I achieve this?

Without having any timing information, or your timer configuration, you could AC couple the output of the controller timer output, and its complement, to the trigger inputs of the other two timers.

You will always get more specific/useful responses when you ask an understandable question...

Are these 555s configured as astables or one-shots (monostable)?

 

Certainly a more detailed explanation of the requirements will allow an answer much more applicable to whatever it is you are requesting. The initial words ask for a way to sequentially trigger a string of times. That scheme was first published in 1973. It was submitted in a Signetics circuit contest.
For a timer to be controlled is not an adequate description.
