which used RGB leds as wireless sensor, I just wonder how that works, and where can buy the RGB led sensor?

The devices in the video are clearly IR, not RGB, LEDs.

Having said this..................Nowhere in the original Youtube video mentions anything about the LED type. He only mentions something vague: "wireless LED sensor", which is complete BS.
If he had been serious, he would have provided the part number and the vendor name.

All you have to do now, is read the YT comments section. As some commenters mentioned, these videos are only click bait.

 

LEDs can and do act as a light sensor producing a small amount of voltage when exposed to strong light.

 

Yeah, the guy from That Country gets paid by You Tube every time somebody clicks on his many fake videos.
Another "click-bait" one.
