If the voltmeter shown is an ideal voltmeter, it has an infinite input impedance. There will never be any current flow through the output cap so there will never be a voltage developed across it. The voltmeter will read the same as if you connected it directly to the collector the the transistor.
Let your simulation run longer. You can see that the sine wave dropped by 0.02v in the 10 cycles shown. You can also add a load (like a 32ohm headphone or 8 ohm speaker or 1000 ohm amplifier input.
