You don't say how much current you need, if it's only a milliamp or so, a potentiometer will do it.

i already tried with the potentiometer of 470k ohm 2W but it didn't work.

Depends how complicated you want to make it.
Just connect an MJ15003 as an emitter follower to the potentiometer. You will need a BIG heatsink.
