What do I need to write here? I tried googling but no help. I will give you full context-: Explain ISPs and how they are interconnected and explain distinguishing feature of tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 ISPs. I think I can write about tier1...3 isps.and what is ISP. But how are ISPs interconnected? I am confused in this one..
