Hi All!
My regular Samsung Galaxy phone has a very useful feature.
I have this feature where I can set an Alarm for 8AM and also make the phone announce a pre-written message.
For example you can set the alarm for 7AM and make the phone say "All kids in the house, brush teeth".

I use this feature to remind my wife to make lunch, to remind the kids to drink water and use the bathroom etc.

I basically use it as some kind of automated Public address system.

Do any of you know if there is a stand alone device that has the same function?

My only option now is to buy another android smartphone ( a cheap one ), attach a small speaker to it and program it to announce messages at set times.

Alexa lets me set only one alarm per day....the last time i had one.

Are you sure? I have an Echo Dot and have multiple alarms.


I believe you can also use a routine to set additional alarms.

Ty for your reply. I just saw a brand new Android phone for $39 on Amzn and bought it. That should help me out. Ty again.
