I have a some basic questions such as:

1) What is the high and low resistance (Micro Ohm's, Milli Ohm's, Ohm's, Killo Ohm's, Mega Ohm's) ?
2) What resistance value could we consider as a high load resistance and low load resistance ?
3) At what resistance value the current consumption is high or low?

Please, could you explain them with an examples..

There is no fixed value. In some contexts, a megohm might be considered a low resistance; in other cases, a few milliohms might be considered a high resistance. It all depends on the circuit.

2) What resistance value could we consider as a high load resistance and low load resistance ?

3) At what resistance value the current consumption is high or low?

Everything is relative. For a hand held flashlight 200mA might be considered low current. For a battery powered watch 200mA would be enormously high. For a microprocessor, 3.3v might be considered optimum input voltage, for a toaster oven 3.3v wouldn't even turn it on.
