can I know What are the applications of the direct coupled amplifier in the medical field ?!

well, I searched as well and got many hits right off the bat. I'll give you a hint - include "biomedical" in your searches.

 

I would imagine that, since biological signals are typically of very low frequency and high impedance, most applications in biomedicine would be simplified if direct coupled. How about heart rate, EEG, EKG, muscular excitation, etc..
