I'm not sure what you mean by source conversion.

Also, why do your inductors/capacitors have units in ohms?

 

You don't need any source conversion. Just solve the circuit like you solve circuits with resistors, in this case replace the inductors and capacitor by their equivalent impedance at the source frequency.
