Not easy on a multilayer board, so hope the OP has no more than 2 sided.
Even then its much more difficult to trace under densely packed SMD parts.
I'm lucky that one of my ESR meters can also be used as a general low Ohms meter, but there are plenty of published designs for constant current type low ohms meters that can distinguish tracks from most other circuit paths.
