Please help me to remove noise from Mic. we interface with LM386 Amplifier IC. We want to remove humming noise. so please give me solution.

 

Use short wires between the microphone and the LM386. Make sure the wires are twisted together and/or are shielded, connect the shield to ground.

Do you have a schematic of your circuit?
What kind of microphone are you using?
What are you using as a power supply?

Hum in an audio amplifier often occurs from poor power supply filtering.
Power your project from batteries and see if the hum diminishes.

As said, the hum can be from a poor power supply filtering or from pickup of an unshielded cable.
By battery powering the circuit, you can determine wich influence makes the hum.
