Hello, I have an old Gallagher BEV2 electric fence charger that has a blown component on it that i suspect is an MOV or similar, I was i wondering if anyone would know what it is (see attached Photos) its the component above the x type capacitor

It is a MOV type device,the colour coding indicates its rating and value.

Sorry everyone but I must clarify, the circuit drawing is just my assumption of what I suspect the component to be, I am hoping that someone will be able to identify the blown component from the photo. The fence charger is connected to 240vac, the circuit is a reverse engineered drawing as there is no schematics available due to the age of the unit, approximately 30 years.

The last pack of that type I bought was from RS Components about 20 years ago.
From memory they are rated for UK AC mains voltage operation.
I will check in my files, post if I find any info.
