Help to identify circuit board

It may or may not have anything to do with the home.
Interesting that it appears to be two devices, one above the other, each with four identical sections.
Is there a solar panel installation on the house?

No but it seems like they use to sell things. There was also welding equipment and safety hats

In that case, a power supply for a welding machine is a good possibility.
That was my initial thought as well. But looking down on it - seems like the fans are ducted into a rectangular object with which we can see no circuitry or anything else. May be a high current transformer, but that's just pure guesswork. More pictures would help. Closer pictures too.

The white modules that the copper strips connect to have model numbers and I think a company name. That should help the evaluation. They may be solid state switches or current shunts is my guess.

The white modules are probably an industrial transistor (FZ600R12k???). Some of those are used for UPS or motor control. They are expensive modules...
Does not tell us what the unit is really used for, but seems like some type of power control...
