So i picked up this machine to work on. So far it all is working other then the electrical, which is basicly 2 DC currents going to lights bulbs, broken by a single switch on each. One switch is a leaf switch the other is a omron mini snap switch.

My problem is that the Ball Out Light thats controled by the omron switch always stays on regardless of the switch being open or closed.

First 2 pics are when i first picked up the rest are how i have it wired as of rn. Any help on how to make both lights work using a 9v battery. The Leaf switch activates the jackpot light when triggered. The omron switch should be controled by the omron switch that is held down by the Balls to weight it down and keep the light on till balls empty and light goes off.

Any other questions just lmk, thanks im advance.

I also have more pictures but could only upload 10.

If that Ball Out light is supposed to be the only light to be controlled by that switch, it should be simple to trace the wires that seem to be bypassing the switch. The photos do not help me with the diagnostics.

Welcome to AAC.

Unfortunately your photos, while extensive and of good quality, don’t show the critical information needed.

It appears that the black wire coming from the socket wired to the microswitch might just be wired directly to the battery connector. This would make the switch irrelevant.

Thank you. And i manages to make it to where the ball out light just stays on all the time for show and the jackpot light is attched to both switches so when the ball light switch is not held down [powered on] and you hit a jackpot [meaning you hit a jackpot while empty] then the jackpot light will stay on letting you know its time to refill and reset.

Thanks for the input tho it may explain as to why i couldn't get that micro switch to work at the same time as the leaf switch , must have an extra redundant wire which now is used to connect both switches to one light lol. Works great for home use. Also for the future how would i have provided better pictures for info?!? Cause it have litterly the full circuit pictured alonge with closes ups so im confused as to what im missing. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Glad to hear you‘ve got it sorted.

We need to have a clear view of the switch terminals, at the very least.
