i want know what's is different between microprocessor and microcontroller and ,when can use them ?

i want tell me about programme language can i learn it because i can't determine c++ or c# .....
what is the most use and useful at working ?

You can use a high level language like C or Basic to program a micro-controller unit (MCU). Which C compiler will depend on the brand of the MCU. If you want to start using MCUs I would start with either AVR or Microchip. You can easy find free stuff like compilers on the net for both brands.
