I need to calculate voltage drop across resistors highlighted in the attached embedded circuit.I'm not technically high.Can someone help me.Thanks in advance

 

For R215 and R223 it starts about 5V when the output is high and decays as they charge the respective cap below.
Nothing can be said about the next two resistors without knowing what they connect to.
I suggest you peek at the data sheet for the MIC1557 to discover what these do and how they work.
