It looks to me like the board has an AC input, full wave rectified by D1 to D4, then smoothed by C36 (missing) before feeding a three terminal regulator. Also, maybe, one or two of the diodes is missing. Definitely need a better picture.
Im sorry for the blurry picture, i dont know the capacity of c36, input is +12v. I need find the capacity of c36, the small capacitor has 220uf 16v. Here is the better pict. Im glad you guys help me
From that new picture, it looks like both D1 and D4 are missing and D2 and D3 have been replaced with zero ohm resistors thus modifying the board far a DC input, in which case C36 would not be needed. What feeds the input power to this board?
Who says C36 was even in the design in the first place? Like Alberthall said, it mat have been there for AC inputs and a full bridge rectifier, but with DC input, it may not have been needed. C36 is at the input of a 78xx voltage regulator. Probably not needed.
Some jumpers like J10 are not there as well, so that may all be part of the design. Some components installed or removed based on the final "use" of the board.
