Help me define IC

Hi guys i have a 2.4ghz remote controller for 12v ride on kids car , the remote dont work , i want to know the name of the 16 pins ic to replace it .

The bad news is that IC is an ASIC (Application Specific IC) and almost certainly obtainable.

The "good" news is—that doesn't matter. The PCB has a missing pad, a missing resistor, and several broken traces. Replacing the chip is not going to fix it—and may not even be necessary.

Thanks dear , i know that the resistors and tracks are bad , i will solve them .
But the ic i dont know his name to replace it

We can't see any numbers. Can you? Without the numbers it would be a wild guess as to what it is. And if it is as @MaxHeadRoom says, it's application specific and you're not going to find anything off the shelf to replace it with.
