Hi guys,

I have attached my design
Kindly give me your valuable suggestion
Calculated C1 & C2 impedance and selected the capacitor value AC-DC Capacitive divider.pngAC-DC Capacitive divider-Waveform.png
Kindly give me your suggestion this is a health circuit or not...

Try the simulation with a load on the output- even a 1K resistor will show you the problem.
The output will quickly drop to zero- and stay there.

In general, non-isolated mains supplies are a very bad idea, except for a few very special situations.

If you're thinking of a charge-pump DC supply then C1 is in the wrong place. It should be between R1 and D1/D3 and it should be non-polarised.
If you need more than 1uF, then it's time to think about a transformer.
Also no part of the circuit may be connected to earth. (I'm assuming your earth connection is only there because SPICE won't work without it)
In general, non-isolated mains supplies are a very bad idea, except for a few very special situations.
If they were such a bad idea they wouldn't be so ubiquitous, but if you are experimenting with them, use an isolating transformer.
