help me about tvs diode test circuit

I want to test transient voltage suppressor(tvs) diode in iec standdard

now i want to find breakdown voltage by inject a constant current 1ma to the tvs diode in 400 ms (pulse) and use dmm to read a breakdown voltage help me pls about circuit thankyou very much

You will need a scope, not a DVM, to measure this. The pulses won't be able to be recorded by a simple meter.
