Can please help me to check whether I can use MC3479-P H bridge IC to drive my bipolar stepper motor which is M42SP-7? The datasheet of my bipolar stepper motor and H bridge IC is as below. Thanks you first for your kind help. :)

Should work.

Calling a stepper motor driver an "H-bridge" is a little misleading, though. The driver is made up of two H-bridges operating out of phase.
