Help for Helical Antenna design for tv reception in the philippines

i hope you can help me guys, we are tasked to build a helical antenna that would have a good reception for channel 2 (54-60 Mhz). Our main problem is on how to minimize dimensions. a 54 Mhz would have 177 cm diameter and 3.34x10^3 cm in length. Hope you can help me with this guys. tnx

Why do you want to build a helical antenna?

A 54 MHz helical would need a reflector dish of about 5 meters in diameter.

TV signals are normally broadcast in H Polarisation. I would prefer to design a Multi Array Folded Dipole for that frequency.
