I believe that the circuit you posted is not going to give the response i look for if I would use a standard linear Pot but i should use a dual-MN taper instead. In that case I think It's gonna be good!

What is wrong with a regular "mixer" used for audio?

The whole project is similar to a DJ audio mixer, in the sense that will be used when a dj mixes music. And this is the effect "Return" section of the project
As described before, a regular "mixer" used for audio won't do because when a potentiometer of a regular mixer for audio is at 50% rotation, both signals will have an attenuation and the requirement is that the Dry has no attenuation at that point

It would appear that You don't really realize exactly how to achieve what You "think" You want.
It sounds like a "Gee, that would be a Cool-Gimmick" type of project.
If You can't provide a Schematic-Diagram,
or even a simple Block-Diagram,
it's probably not going to work as You expect.

What type of device goes in the Effects-Loop ?
