Hello... i am designing a buck-boost converter for my mini project and i am using IRF640 mosfet in it and 10 uH inductor and a 330uF capacitor with it...i am not getting the result what to do now??

You REALLY need to post circuits. Without that, the best we can say is "probably there is something wrong".

 

What frequency are you switching at? 10 uH sounds low if anything less than 1 MHz.

We need schematics and more details. Otherwise there is really no way to tell.

 

What is happening with the circuit? Does it not work entirely or is something else happening?
