I,am trying to build a transistorized power inverter with transistors that have a maximum ic current of 300 amps, what type of power output can I expect and also what considerations do I have make when building this project?
I've search for high-current rated power MOSFET, but no luck so far. How about the idea to make many parallel coils with many independent driver for each coil to minimize the skin effect? I think you can easily find power mosfet rated for 50A+ and you can use 6 driven coil sets.I,am trying to build a transistorized power inverter with transistors that have a maximum ic current of 300 amps, what type of power output can I expect and also what considerations do I have make when building this project?
