You will find the micro configuration and the list of the INCLUDEd files. In the second file, (.zip disguised as .asm) to post here, you will find the rest.
Xtal is 10 MHz. Notation as H'37', is hexadecimal.
I stripped out all unnecessary files from the microlan project so the LCD runs alone.
