Back in the day, to run our PL1 or Fortran program deck of punch cards it had to have the bootloader cards in front of the deck. Otherwise, the computer had no idea of what it was to do and did nothing.
Ummm... K, just what does it do with only on and off? Is there even a compiler available that could do anything other than turn it on or turn it off? No addresses, no time stamp, no device definition, sound like an astable timer? Sounds like the "useless machine" that when you throw the on switch the hand comes out and turns it off...run a 1-bit CPU
