Hello All,

Have been having problems with father's mobility scooter ( flash code errors when switched on).

Investigation led me to open the motor controller ( S-Drive / PG Drive unit).

As suspected, all 7 electrolytic caps are bad ( 50v. 470mF )

Before ordering replacements I thought it best to look-up the power transistors ( MOSFETS ?)......

TO220 package and variously marked:-

All of them:- 040N06N. ( Infineon??)

Variously:- GAF 125 / GAC 109 / GAC 108

Anyone have any idea what these are as I cannot find data sheets corresponding to those numbers anywhere.

Just found them on a MOSFET equivalent site......

I'm now assuming that the other marks ( GAF125 etc) must be batch numbers or similar?
