Or Repair Tips that I could test and repair the correct part that’s bad

 

There are markings on board, have you tried various searches on all or part of those
to see if you can come up with manufacturer, schematic ?

Schematic helps big time in trouble shooting.

Also look for discolored/overheated parts, areas on board, caps (electorlytic) with
bulging tops. Usually one power part failing takes out several other parts.
