Sat for my last FCC Amateur Radio License Exam. Passed my Extra Class exam with a score of 96/100. Exam has 50 questions randomly selected from a pool of over 700 questions with a minimum passing score of 76. Yes, I have kept my original call sign that was issued as a Novice Class License ~1980 for over 40 years now. Lots of ELI the ICE man questions on filters, oscillators, reactance charts, VNA and Spectrum analysis. Only thing left would be to get my commercial General Class certification if I wanted to go into business, which I don't...

Good Job!!! and welcome to the group! And a good score, too. I studied from much older study guides that had no information about those solar numbers. And the test had several questions about them.
I was too cheap to pay for two exam sessions, so I went from tech to extra in one session.
AND certainly there were no easy questions on the test. And none of the questions were the same as in my study guides. But most of the areas were similar.

Hey, I think I was actually on that head boat back in the 70s! Caught a BIG Parrot Fish for dinner.
