Interesting. I'm well aware of Paul Desmond's Take 5 which I do play on guitar.
First time I'm hearing Take Ten.

 

It sounds very familiar but missing some of my favorite musical phrases from Take 5. I think I'll stick to the old Dave Brubeck Quartet Take 5 so I don't get upset by the "missing" pieces. That LP was great while testing FM band transmitters: Drop the needle then go for a drive and see how far away you can hear it.
