That is not guacamole.

It is simple to make.

Mashed avocado, diced tomato, onion and jalapeño, lime juice and salt.

Edited: From the recipe:

For the guacamole:
2 large avocados
1 serrano chili, seeded and finely minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, smashed into paste
Salt to taste
So, a little different than my recipe, but not radically.

I make the same, but onion powder and garlic powder, lime and salt. No tomato‘s I leave the tomato’s and chopped onion to be in my Pico De Gallo.

Mixing it in the Guacamole seems incorrect here in Utah, some people do but I don’t eat it. My food is separated on my plate and eaten one bite at a time rotating from one to the other till it’s gone. Usually don’t drink until I’m done.

Habits children also have it passed down from me lol

Here's an interesting bit about Guacamole.

The word derives from the spanish word Aguacate (adapted as Avocado in English). But the word Aguacate itself is derived from the Nahuatl word Ahuacatl, (Nahuatl is the Aztec language) which roughly translates into: "testicle plant" ...

have a good one ... :D
